Set up Shopware

Open integrations

Go to Integrations and choose Shopware.

Connect the account

Click Connect, add an account, enter your Shopware credentials, and grant the requested permissions.

Use Shopware in AI Agents

After connecting Shopware, give AI Agents Shopware actions to search for orders and use the returned information in replies.
Shopware get order action setup
Existing workflows can still use Shopware actions for fixed legacy flows.
