The Monta integration gives Chatarmin CX access to fulfillment, order, return, stock, and inbound forecast data.

Verify reads first

Retrieve a known order and confirm its webshop order ID, fulfillment state, returns, and stock before enabling writes.

AI Agent actions

Monta actions can retrieve orders, returns, stock, inbounds, and inbound forecasts. Write actions can update, block, unblock, or delete an order and change its products. Block / unblock order and Delete order default to Ask every time. AI Agent test runs simulate these consequential actions and do not change Monta. Review the approval mode of every other Monta write action before enabling it.

Block or delete an order

Block / unblock order is the safer first step. Set it to block to pause an eligible warehouse order, then use the same action to unblock it when fulfillment can resume. Deleting removes the order from Monta’s warehouse queue. It does not cancel or refund the customer-facing order in Shopify or another sales channel. cx automatically blocks an unblocked order immediately before deletion and sends the required deletion note to Monta.
Delete only before picking starts. Do not delete picked, picking, shipped, or return-related orders. A deleted warehouse order cannot be restored through cx and should be treated as irreversible, although Monta may retain a deleted marker. Use Block / unblock order first whenever a temporary warehouse hold is enough.
Before approving deletion, verify the webshop order ID, confirm that no pick or shipment has started, check that no return depends on the order, and confirm any separate storefront cancellation or refund.

Safe testing

  1. Use an unmistakable test order that has not entered picking.
  2. Run the agent in test mode and review the simulated write.
  3. Check the proposed order ID, action, and deletion note.
  4. For the first live test, approve a reversible block and verify it in Monta.
  5. Test deletion only with warehouse approval and a disposable order.
