Add the email channel
Go to Channels -> Email and add your support address.

Configure receiving
Forward inbound emails to the generated Chatarmin CX forwarding address.The exact address appears inside the email channel settings.

Configure sending
Add the DNS records shown in the channel settings at your domain host.

Choose the AI agent
Open the channel’s AI tab and select the AI agent that should draft or send replies.
How it works
- A customer emails your support address.
- Your inbox forwards the email to Chatarmin CX.
- Chatarmin CX creates or updates the customer ticket.
- The selected AI agent drafts or sends a response depending on channel settings.

The AI can send eligible replies automatically from your connected email address.
Sender avatars in customer inboxes
Recipients may see a logo or photo next to your support address in Gmail and other mail apps. That image is controlled by your domain (BIMI) or Google (Gmail OAuth), not by Chatarmin CX settings alone. See Sender avatars in customer inboxes for setup guidance.Gmail send-as aliases
If you connect Gmail, Chatarmin CX can turn verified send-as aliases into separate email channels on the same connection. After you connect Gmail, a dialog may offer verified aliases to add right away. You can also add them later:- Open the Gmail connection in Channels.
- Go to the Sending tab.
- Add any listed alias, or dismiss aliases you do not need.
