The Billbee integration lets agents and AI Agents retrieve order and invoice information for customer conversations.

Set up Billbee

For Username, use your Billbee login email. For API password, use the separate API password from Settings → Billbee API — not your Billbee account login password.

Apply for API access

Billbee API access requires approval. Submit the Billbee API access request form. Billbee shares the API credentials by email once the application is approved.

Open Billbee API settings

In Billbee, go to Settings → Billbee API and copy your API password and API key.

Connect in Chatarmin CX

Go to Integrations, choose Billbee, click Connect, and enter:
  • Username — your Billbee login email
  • API password — from Settings → Billbee API
  • API key — from the same screen

Enable invoice API access (recommended)

In Billbee, enable creating initial invoices through the API under Settings → Billbee API → Invoicing. This is required for invoice actions in the inbox.

Use Billbee

When a ticket contact matches Billbee data, agents can use order context in the inbox. AI Agents can retrieve Billbee data and use it in replies or actions.

AI Agent actions

Billbee actions can let AI Agents:
  • get an order
  • get an invoice
  • update a shipping address
AI Agents can use these actions for automated support jobs.
