Set up Billbee

Open integrations

Go to Integrations and choose Billbee.

Connect the account

Click Connect, add an account, enter your credentials, and grant the requested permissions.

Use Billbee

When a ticket contact matches Billbee data, agents can use order context in the inbox. AI Agents can retrieve Billbee data and use it in replies or actions.

AI Agent actions

Billbee actions can let AI Agents:
  • get an order
  • get an invoice
  • update a shipping address
Existing workflows can still use these actions for fixed legacy flows.
