What uses credits
An AI Agent uses credits when it works on a ticket. A short answer from your knowledge base usually uses fewer credits. A ticket that needs live order data, an approved action, a longer conversation, or exception handling usually uses more. The exact number is shown after each run in AI usage.Typical support jobs
These are typical ranges. Your usage can vary with the information, actions, and conversation needed to complete the job.Other AI features
Classic AI replies, suggestions, text modifiers, and AI steps in Workflows use 1 credit per AI action. Workflow steps that do not use AI, such as delays, conditions, and API calls, use no AI credits.Check your usage
Go to Settings → Billing → AI usage and credits, or open AI usage. You can review usage over the current billing cycle, see recent agent runs, and check the credits used for each run.FAQ
