What is this?

The Klarna Disputes integration lets your support team view and manage Klarna disputes directly from the ArminCX inbox, instead of switching over to the Klarna portal.

🚨 Prerequisite: You need your own Klarna partner account to connect this integration. Without one, the connection option won't work for your shop.

How it works

Once connected, Klarna disputes for your shop show up as cases inside your ArminCX inbox, so your agents can handle them alongside regular tickets instead of working across two systems.

When to use it

  • You handle Klarna disputes regularly and want them in the same place as your other support tickets.

  • You already have a Klarna partner account set up.

When NOT to use it

  • You don't have a Klarna partner account yet — set that up with Klarna first, then come back to connect.

Good to know: This integration currently requires a Klarna partner account on your side. If you're not sure whether you have one, check with your Klarna account contact before setting up the connection.
