What is this?

The Recharge integration lets your support agents view and act on customer subscription data directly from the ArminCX Inbox, without switching to Recharge. A widget appears inside every ticket for customers with an active Recharge subscription. Agents can move delivery dates, cancel, skip, or update subscriptions from there. Your AI agent can handle these cases end-to-end and only asks a human to confirm before executing any change.

🚨 Important:

You need an Admin API Token from Recharge to set up this integration. Only a Recharge admin can create this token.

⚙️ How to set it up

  1. Log in to your Recharge account and go to API tokens.

  2. Create a new Admin API token with full read/write permissions.

  3. Copy the token.

  4. In ArminCX, go to Settings → Integrations → Recharge.

  5. Paste the token into the token field and save.

You're all set and good to go!

What the Inbox widget shows

Once connected, a Recharge widget appears inside every ticket where the customer's email matches a Recharge customer. It shows:

  • Customer match and Recharge customer ID

  • Active subscriptions and their status

  • Next charge and delivery date

  • Relevant charge status

  • Direct link to the customer in Recharge

Quick actions

From the widget, agents can run the following actions without leaving ArminCX:

  • Move delivery date — reschedule the next charge or delivery

  • Cancel subscription — cancel an active subscription

  • Skip next charge — skip the upcoming charge

  • Unskip charge — undo a previously skipped charge

  • Update address — change the shipping address on the subscription

  • Open in Recharge — jump directly to the customer in Recharge for anything not covered above

Let your AI agent handle subscription cases

Your AI agent can detect subscription requests, look up the right subscription, ask clarifying questions when a customer is vague, and then prepare and execute the action. It handles the full case end-to-end.

The agent always asks for human approval before executing any write action (cancel, reschedule, skip, address update). No subscription is changed without a human confirming first.

It also logs every action taken inside the ticket so you always have a full audit trail.

Good to know: Customers often describe their request imprecisely ("I want to pause" or "stop my order"). The AI agent asks a follow-up question to clarify the intent before preparing an action.

Good to know: If your ArminCX interface is set to German, the cancel action in the widget will appear as "Abbrechen". This is the same action, just localised.

When to use this integration

  • Customers contact you about delivery dates, cancellations, address changes, or skipping a charge

  • You want agents to handle subscription cases without leaving ArminCX

  • You want your AI agent to resolve routine subscription requests automatically with human approval in the loop

When NOT to use this integration

  • For one-off order adjustments that are not subscription-related: use your Shopify or ERP integration instead

  • For full subscription management and reporting: use the Recharge dashboard directly
