Offboarding armincx

Important

Before proceeding with the offboarding steps, please make sure that your cancellation has been officially confirmed by our team.
Only after confirmation should you continue with the steps below.


1. Remove All Channels

To ensure that no new messages enter ArminCX, please:

  • Disconnect all email accounts

  • Remove all social media connections

  • Disable any active widgets (chat widgets, contact forms, etc.) on your website

👉 This ensures that no new conversations are created in your inbox.


2. Disconnect Integrations

Please make sure to disconnect all integrations, such as:

  • CRM systems

  • E-commerce platforms

  • Marketing tools

  • Any API connections

This prevents further data syncing and ensures a clean offboarding.


3. Remove Team Access

You can remove access for your team members directly:

  • Go to the Team section

  • Remove or deactivate all agents/users

👉 This ensures that no one can access the system going forward.


4. After Cancellation Date

After the official cancellation date:

  • ArminCX can no longer be used

  • Access will be restricted or deactivated

  • Depending on your agreement, no further charges will apply
