See Who Handles a Ticket Directly in Search Results

What is this?

When you search for tickets in ArminCX, the search results now show the assigned agent's name directly in the list. You no longer need to open each ticket individually to find out who is handling it.

Why does it matter?

In a busy inbox, quickly knowing who owns a ticket saves time and avoids duplicate outreach. Whether you're checking in on an open issue or handing off a conversation, the assignment is visible at a glance.

⚙️ How it works

  1. Open the search bar in ArminCX (top of the inbox view).

  2. Type your search term — ticket title, order number, customer name, or any keyword.

  3. The search results appear. Each result now shows the assigned agent's name on the right side of the row.

  4. If a ticket is unassigned, no name appears in that position.

  5. Click any result to open the full ticket as usual.

When to use this

  • You're looking for a specific ticket and want to confirm who owns it before reaching out.

  • A teammate asks "who has ticket X?" — search and answer instantly.

  • You're reviewing open or resolved tickets in a shared inbox and need to see workload distribution at a glance.

When NOT to use this

  • To reassign a ticket — open the ticket itself and use the assignment field.

  • To filter your inbox by agent — use the Inbox filters instead of search.

Good to know: The assignee shown reflects the current assignment at the time of the search. If a ticket was recently reassigned, the result updates accordingly.

You're all set and good to go!
