How to setup & use Macros

Macros are a important for maximizing efficency for Human Agents but it will also be taken to train the AI to mimmick your Brand of Voice

Quick Setup

1.

Navigate to Inbox

Go to your Inbox and click on any random Ticket

2.

Create Macro

Then click on the “Macro” Button on the bottom of the Reply-Box

3.

Your first Macro

Next you can click the ”+” Icon to create your first Macro.

1. Give it a Name

2. Enter the content & use ”@” to see the available Variables you can use in your Macros
