Set up automated WhatsApp message forwarding from ChatArmin to CXArmin. This integration forwards WhatsApp messages to your CXArmin inbox based on conditions you define.
Navigate to Flows: Go to the “Flows” section in your ChatArmin dashboard
Create New or Edit: Click “Create New Flow” or select an existing flow to edit
Set Trigger: Choose “Customer sends message” as your starting trigger, or use keywords/phrases like “support”, “help”, or “agent” to trigger specific flows
