WhatsApp Channel Setup

Set up automated WhatsApp message forwarding from ChatArmin to CXArmin. This integration forwards WhatsApp messages to your CXArmin inbox based on conditions you define.

Prerequisites

  • Active ChatArmin account with WhatsApp integration
  • CXArmin account with appropriate permissions
  • WhatsApp Business API configured in ChatArmin

Setup Steps

Access ChatArmin Flows

Log in to ChatArmin and navigate to the “Flows” section. You can create a new flow or edit an existing one.

Set Up Trigger

Choose “Customer sends message” as your trigger and select WhatsApp as the channel.

Add CXArmin Action

Add a new action and select “CX Armin” from the available integrations.

Test & Activate

Test the flow to ensure it works, then activate it to start forwarding messages.

Detailed Setup Guide

Step 1: Create or Edit Flow

  1. Navigate to Flows: Go to the “Flows” section in your ChatArmin dashboard
  2. Create New or Edit: Click “Create New Flow” or select an existing flow to edit
  3. Set Trigger: Choose “Customer sends message” as your starting trigger, or use keywords/phrases like “support”, “help”, or “agent” to trigger specific flows

Step 2: Add CXArmin Action

  1. Add Action: Click the button to add a new action step
  2. Select CXArmin: Choose “CX Armin” from the actions panel
  3. Choose Action Type: Select “Send CX Armin Message”
  4. Publish FLow: Click “Publish” to save and publish the flow
If you don’t see CX Armin in the actions list, please contact support for assistance.

Step 3: Test and Activate

  1. Send Test Message: Send a WhatsApp message to trigger the flow
  2. Check CXArmin: Verify the message appears in your CXArmin inbox
A successful test will show the WhatsApp message in CXArmin with correct sender information.

Troubleshooting

This integration requires both ChatArmin and CXArmin to be properly configured. Contact support if you encounter issues during setup.
