Synchronize your Zendesk data to CX with ease

​Setting up the integration

Go to integrations

Got to the integrations-page (click on your name in the bottom left corner and choose integrations) and choose Zendesk

Click on connect -> Add account and paste in your Zendesk-Domain. Click connect and grant the required permissions.

You are now set up to migrate tickets, tags and macros from Zendesk to armincx.

Sycing Data

Once you set up the connection you c an click on the Zendesk Integration Tab to enter the Sync-Menu:

What you can do here:

- Sync your Tags and Macros. You only have to do this once to get started.
- Sync Tickets from Zendesk to cx and the other way around.
