  • Simpler Setup: No need to wait for website crawls. Connect your shop (e.g., Shopify), add a few basic instructions, and you are live.

  • Auto-Optimization: The system automatically flags "bad" answers and suggests fixes. You just click "Approve."


Reliability: The "Hierarchy of Trust"

In V5, we solved the problem of the AI "hallucinating" (making things up) by implementing a strict priority system for how it chooses answers:

  1. Your Instructions (Highest Priority): Anything you write in the "Instructions" tab is followed word-for-word. The AI will never override this.

  2. Learned Corrections: Knowledge the AI picked up from your team's previous manual answers.

  3. Live Integration Data: Real-time data from Shopify or other tools (order status, tracking, etc.).

  4. Web Search: Looking up current information if not found elsewhere.

  5. General AI Knowledge: The baseline fallback.

In V5, you don't "train" it in the traditional sense. Just use it! Answer tickets as you normally would. The AI watches your agents and improves automatically. You can also add specific Instructions for certain topics.

"How do I make sure the AI doesn't go crazy?"

We use Confidence Scoring. If the AI is unsure about a question, it won't guess—it will simply escalate the ticket to a human agent. Using "Instructions" also locks down critical answers.

"Why is armin.cx AI better than other systems?"

Most competitors require you to manually upload data constantly. Our V5 model learns organically from your team’s expertise and integrates deeply with your shop’s live data.

"Can I still upload files in V5?"
