# Notification not received

> Collect the details needed to debug missing email, Slack, browser, and in-app notifications.

If a notification did not arrive, collect:

* notification type
* affected user
* expected trigger
* related ticket or Ask Torben run
* approximate time

Common causes are disabled notification settings, missing user subscriptions, event filters not matching, or provider delivery errors.

Ask Torben can inspect related tickets or runs and explain which step failed.
