# Ticket import

> Migrate historical tickets into Chatarmin CX from Crisp, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Front, Gorgias, and WhatsApp.

Use ticket import when you are moving historical conversations into Chatarmin CX from another helpdesk or chat tool.

## Where to start

Go to **Settings** → **Integrations** and scroll to **Import tickets**. Choose the source you are migrating from.

Each import flow validates your files, uploads them, and shows live progress for active jobs. You can pause and resume long-running imports when needed.

Gorgias and Zendesk also support a connected-account migration wizard from the integration detail page when the account is already connected.

## After import

Imported tickets appear in the inbox with their original timestamps and message history. Review a sample of imported tickets before you point customers or automations at the new workspace.

<Note>
  Ticket imports are separate from live helpdesk sync integrations. Use imports for one-time migrations and sync integrations for ongoing two-way updates.
