# Quivo

> Show Quivo fulfillment orders in the inbox and let AI Agents request cancellations and address changes.

The Quivo integration connects Chatarmin CX to your Quivo warehouse so agents and AI Agents can see order and shipment status, and handle WISMO, cancellation, and address-change tickets without leaving the inbox.

## When to use it

Use Quivo in Chatarmin CX when:

* you fulfill through Quivo and customers ask where their order is
* a customer wants to cancel before the order ships
* a customer typed the wrong address and needs it fixed before shipment
* you want AI Agents to look up orders by email and propose cancellations or address changes with human approval

## Set it up

You need a Quivo API Key, Username, and Password. Unlike some other fulfillment integrations, Quivo doesn't need a Shopify connection first — it looks up orders by customer email directly.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open integrations">
    Go to [Integrations](https://armin.cx/app/_/settings/integrations) and select **Quivo**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Connect Quivo">
    Click **Connect** and enter your **API Key**, **Username**, and **Password** from Quivo.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Save the connection. cx checks all three credentials together by logging in to Quivo before saving — if the login fails, you'll see an error and nothing is saved.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable AI Agent actions">
    In [AI Agents](https://armin.cx/app/_/ai/agents-v2), open the agents that handle order tickets and enable the Quivo actions they need.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Use Quivo in the inbox

When a ticket contact matches a customer with Quivo orders, the customer panel shows those orders with status, items, and tracking.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open a ticket">
    Open the ticket for the customer who wrote about their order.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the order card">
    Each order shows the order number, status, line items, and tracking link if one exists.
  </Step>

  <Step title="View full details">
    Click **View details** to see the complete order: ship-to and bill-to addresses, every position, and the fulfillment orders behind it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Request a cancellation">
    Click **Request cancellation**, add a reason, and confirm. This only *requests* a cancellation — Quivo can still reject it if the order has already shipped. Tell the customer "cancellation requested", not "order cancelled".
  </Step>

  <Step title="Edit the address">
    Click **Edit address** to update the delivery address before the order ships.
  </Step>
</Steps>

<Note>
  Cancel and Edit address only show up while the order is still open. Once an order is **Delivered**, **Cancelled**, or a cancellation has already been requested, both buttons disappear.
</Note>

## AI Agent actions

| Action | Purpose |
| - | - |
| **`quivo_cancel_order`** | Requests cancellation of a Quivo order. Quivo may reject it if the order already shipped. |
| **`quivo_update_delivery_address`** | Updates the delivery address on a Quivo order before it ships. |

<Warning>
  Both actions default to **always requiring your approval** before they run — these touch a real physical shipment, so keep approval on unless you have a strong reason not to.
</Warning>

## Best practices

* Keep approval on for both Quivo write actions — a wrong cancellation or address change can't always be undone
* Tell customers a cancellation is "requested", never "confirmed", until you see the order status actually change
* Check **View details** before editing an address — confirm which order the customer means if they have more than one open
* Hand off to a human once an order shows as shipped; Quivo won't accept cancellations or address changes at that point

## FAQ

**What happens if I click Request cancellation and Quivo says no?**
Quivo can reject the request, usually because the order has already shipped. The order's status won't change to cancelled — check the order again or contact Quivo support if you're unsure.

**Do I need Shopify to use Quivo?**
No. Quivo looks up orders directly by the customer's email, so no Shopify connection is required.

**Can I edit the address after the order has shipped?**
No. Once an order is in a terminal state (delivered or cancelled), or a cancellation is already requested, the Edit address and Request cancellation buttons are no longer shown.

**Do AI Agents need my approval to cancel orders or change addresses?**
Yes, by default. Both actions ask for your approval every time, since they affect a real shipment.
