# DHL

> Retrieve DHL tracking information for AI Agent replies.

The DHL integration lets AI Agents retrieve shipment tracking information from DHL.

## Set up DHL

    Go to **Integrations** and choose **DHL**.

    Click **Connect**, add an account, enter your credentials, and grant the requested permissions.

## Use DHL in AI Agents

Use DHL actions to answer delivery-status questions with current tracking data.

  Pair DHL actions with an order-status agent for customer messages such as "Where is my package?"
</Tip>

Existing workflows can still use DHL actions for fixed legacy flows.
