How to check, understand, and request a review for a WhatsApp Business account restriction from Meta using Chatarmin guidance.

Your WhatsApp Business messaging capabilities have beenrestricteddue to activity that does not comply with theWhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

This restriction is applied byWhenand can occur if:

  • Your account violated WhatsApp Business policies

  • Suspicious or unusual activity was detected

  • Your account is under review by Meta


🔍 Check the Restriction on Meta


Step 1 - Open the Restriction Overview

  1. Go to yourMeta WhatsApp Manager – Phone Numbers.

  2. You will see abrief descriptionof the restriction next to the affected phone number.

  3. To find theexact reason, clickView details in Business Support Home.

Step 2 – Review the Detailed Violation

  1. In Business Support Home, you will see anoverviewof your account restriction.

  2. This includes:

    • Thetype of violation

    • Whythe restriction was applied

    • How longthe restriction will last

  3. Under“Available for Review”, you can see the specific restriction and clickDetailsto view additional guidance and possible next steps.

Step 3 – Request a Review from Meta

If you believe the restriction isunjustified, you can request areview directly through Meta:

  1. Provide all important information about your account and the restriction.

  2. Include all details so Meta can accurately assess your case.

  • If your account has been blocked andMeta does not approve your review, Chatarmincannot lift the restriction.

  • This restriction isenforced by Meta, not Chatarmin.
