Other Marketplaces

Our goal is to centralize all your customer communication. While we offer deep integrations for major platforms, the landscape of global marketplaces varies in terms of technical accessibility.

This article outlines how ArminCX handles different marketplaces and what you can expect regarding ticket management and workflows.


1. Fully Integrated (Two-Way Sync)

These marketplaces offer robust APIs that allow for a seamless experience. You can receive, read, and reply to messages directly within the ArminCX interface.

  • Amazon: Full integration (currently active)

  • Kaufland: High-priority integration with a dedicated Ticket API. Supports opening, replying to, and closing tickets directly from ArminCX.

2. Supported via Validation (Proof-of-Concept)

Some platforms have complex structures that require a brief validation phase before full deployment. We are currently working on standardized connectors for:

  • Mirakl-based Marketplaces: (e.g., Conrad, Voelkner, Hornbach, Leroy Merlin, MediaMarkt/Saturn, Autodoc, Bauhaus). These require merging "Message" and "Incident" APIs to reconstruct full ticket histories.

  • eBay: Uses conversation threads rather than traditional tickets; currently undergoing a proof-of-concept phase.

3. Visibility & Tracking (Email-to-Inbox)

For marketplaces that do not yet provide an open Messaging API (such as ManoMano, Bol.com, Otto, or Galaxus), ArminCX still ensures you never miss a customer inquiry through our "Visibility Workflow":

  1. Notification: When a customer messages you on these platforms, the marketplace sends a notification to your connected support email.

  2. Tracking: ArminCX picks up these emails, automatically tags them by marketplace and issue type (e.g., Return or Order Issue), and places them in your unified inbox.

  3. Action: While you cannot reply directly from ArminCX for these specific platforms, the conversation includes a direct link to the marketplace seller portal so you can resolve the issue with one click.


Roadmap & Timeline

We are constantly expanding our native integrations. Our current roadmap prioritizes Kaufland, followed by eBay and Mirakl platforms in Q2.
