In this article, we’ll show you how to connect your Hive account with ArminCX to streamline your fulfillment and support operations.

Hive is an international end-to-end operations platform that powers D2C and B2B growth by managing fulfillment, inventory, and shipping in one place.

1️⃣ Open Integrations In ArminCX, click on your name in the bottom left corner and select Integrations.

2️⃣ Select Hive Find Hive in the list of available integrations and click on it.

3️⃣ Add Account Click on Connect -> Add Account. A configuration window will appear.

4️⃣ Enter Credentials Fill in the following details:

Name: Choose a display name for this connection (e.g., "Hive Main Warehouse").
API Key: Paste your API Key provided by your Hive dashboard.

5️⃣ Done 🎉 Click Connect. Your Hive data is now synced with ArminCX.

Once connected, a Hive widget will automatically appear on the right side of your inbox whenever a ticket is linked to a customer with a Hive order.

Order Visibility: View key order details and the current Picking Status directly next to the conversation.
Logistics Control: You can perform critical actions without leaving the inbox, such as:
- Put on hold: Pause an order in the warehouse.
- Release: Resume a held order for fulfillment.

💡 Note on Refresh Time: To ensure you are seeing the most accurate data, the Hive widget refreshes every time you visit a new ticket.

You can automate your fulfillment processes by using Hive action nodes within the ArminCX Workflow Builder.

Available Hive Actions:

Get Order: Retrieve specific order details.
Cancel Order: Stop an order directly from a workflow.
Get Shipments: Fetch tracking and shipment status.
Put Order on Hold: Automatically pause orders based on specific triggers (e.g., high-risk fraud detection).
Release Order: Automatically resume orders once certain conditions are met.
