In this article, we’ll show you step-by-step how to connect your existing Aircall account with armincx and explain the powerful features this integration offers.

Requirements

  • You have an active Aircall account

  • You have admin access in armincx

  • You have your Aircall login credentials ready

Step-by-Step Guide

1️⃣ Open the Aircall Channel

In armincx, go to Channels and click on “Aircall.”

2️⃣ Add Aircall

Click “Add” to create a new connection.

3️⃣ Log in to Aircall

You will now be redirected:

  • If you are not logged in, you will see the Aircall login page.

  • If you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the permissions page.

4️⃣ Grant Permissions

After logging in, you need to grant armincx the required permissions so both systems can communicate.

Click “Allow access.”

5️⃣ Select Phone Numbers

Choose the phone numbers from your Aircall account that you want to import into armincx.

Only the selected numbers will be available inside armincx.

6️⃣ Done 🎉

The connection is now successfully set up.

You can now:

  • Create a dedicated Inbox view for the Aircall channel

  • See incoming and outgoing calls as tickets

  • Manage your Aircall communication centrally inside armincx

armincx supports Aircall’s advanced AI capabilities to save your team time:

  • What it does: Once a call ends, the Transcript and an AI-generated Summary are automatically added as internal notes to the armincx ticket.
