Billing

Every time you ask an LLM for a response via the API, costs are incurred. With armincx, this is the case every time:

- An AI response is generated (ticket and workflow)
- The AI extracts data in a workflow
- The AI executes a condition in a workflow

Since the beginning of 2026, these variable AI costs have been charged in addition to the monthly fees. Contractually included AI credits are used first.

In your account under Settings, you will find the “Billing” section, where you can view an overview of the AI credits used and the variable AI costs incurred at any time.
