Adding a Second Brand or Shop in ArminCX

Many brands operate multiple shops or brands, such as a D2C store and a separate B2B store for resellers. ArminCX allows you to manage these within the same workspace while still keeping conversations and workflows organized.

Important Note (Contractual Requirement)

Before adding a second brand or shop, please ensure that this setup is covered in your contract.

If you are unsure whether your current plan includes an additional brand or shop, please contact our team first so we can confirm or update the agreement if needed.


How to Add a Second Shop / Brand

1. Add the Shop as a New Integration

First, connect the second store (e.g. the B2B shop) as a new integration in ArminCX (for example: Shopify).

This allows the system to access relevant shop data such as orders or products.


2. Create a Dedicated AI Agent

For best results, create a separate AI Agent for the second shop.

This ensures that:

  • The AI uses the correct tone and knowledge base


3. Connect the Shop to the AI Agent

After creating the AI agent, connect the new shop integration under:

AI Agent → Sources

This allows the AI to reference the correct shop data when answering customer inquiries.


4. Add the Email Channel

Next, add the new support email address as an additional Email Channel.

Then connect this email channel to the dedicated AI agent so incoming messages can be processed correctly.


5. Organize Tickets with Inbox Filters

To keep tickets organized, you can create a separate inbox view using email filters.

For example:

  • D2C Inbox → filters for the main support email

  • B2B Inbox → filters for the B2B support email

This allows both teams to work in the same ArminCX environment while maintaining clear separation between ticket types.

(You can also use different team permissions to ensure that team members only see the tickets, topics, brands, or shops that are assigned to them)

With this setup you can:

  • Manage multiple shops / brands in one system

  • Use different AI agents for different audiences

  • Maintain one central support workspace
