With our reviews.io integration you get all your customer feedback directly into your inbox. After connecting your reviews-account to cx, you can set up a view in your inbox to only show tickets created from customer feedback.

You can aso decide, weather all ratings should create a new ticket in you inbox or only specific ratings, for example 1 and 2 stars.
