# Judge.me

> Turn Judge.me product reviews into tickets you can reply to from the inbox.

The Judge.me channel sends new product reviews into Chatarmin CX as tickets, so your team can follow up on feedback without logging into the Judge.me admin.

## What it does

Once a shop is connected, every new review creates a ticket in the inbox. Chatarmin CX carries over the star rating, the reviewed product, and any photos the customer attached, and it prioritizes low ratings automatically so a one-star review does not sit behind five-star noise. Agents reply from the ticket, and the reply posts back to Judge.me — either publicly under the review on your storefront, or privately by email to the reviewer.

<Note>
  Judge.me never returns replies made from its own admin. The ticket only shows replies sent from Chatarmin CX.
</Note>

## Prerequisites

* A Judge.me account with reviews already collected on your store.
* Admin access to Judge.me to approve the connection.

## Set up Judge.me

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open the Judge.me integration">
    Go to **Integrations**, find **Judge.me**, and click **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Approve the connection">
    You're redirected to Judge.me. Log in if prompted, then approve the requested permissions (reading reviews and products, and posting public and private replies).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Land back in Chatarmin CX">
    After you approve, Judge.me sends you back to Chatarmin CX. Chatarmin CX reads your shop's details, creates the Judge.me channel, and registers itself to receive new and edited reviews automatically. No further setup is needed.

## What a review ticket looks like

* **Subject** — the star rating and the review title (or the product name when the review has no title).
* **Priority** — set from the rating: 1–2 stars is high priority, 3 stars is medium, 4–5 stars is low.
* **Body** — the review title and text as the customer wrote them.
* **Photos** — any pictures the customer attached to the review.
* One ticket per review. If a customer or Judge.me edits a review later (for example, curation or moderation), the same ticket updates in place instead of creating a duplicate.

## Reply to a review

Open the ticket and choose a reply type:

* **Public reply** — posts under the review on your storefront, visible to future shoppers.
* **Private reply** — Judge.me emails your reply to the reviewer; it never appears publicly.

Judge.me replies don't support attachments.

## Best practices

* Create a dedicated view filtered to **Channel = Judge.me** so review tickets don't mix into your general queue.
* Use the automatic priority to work high-priority (1–2 star) reviews first.
* Prefer a public reply when your response also helps future shoppers reading the review; use a private reply when the conversation needs to stay between you and the customer.
* If you currently forward Judge.me's notification emails into a mailbox, turn that forwarding off once the native channel is connected to avoid seeing each review twice.

## Disconnect Judge.me

Open the Judge.me integration in **Integrations** and disconnect it. Chatarmin CX removes the webhooks it registered with Judge.me and turns off the channel. Existing review tickets stay in the inbox; no new reviews come in until you reconnect.

## Troubleshooting

* **New reviews aren't showing up as tickets.** Check that the Judge.me integration in **Integrations** still shows as connected. If it shows a reconnect warning, Judge.me may have revoked access — click **Connect** again to reauthorize.
* **A reply didn't post to Judge.me.** Retry the reply. If it keeps failing, reconnect the integration — the stored access may no longer be valid.
